Understanding your results
What each dimension is assessing

Each dimension targets a specific type of narrative vulnerability. A strong score in one dimension does not compensate for a weak score in another — all six must hold for a narrative to withstand independent challenge.

01 · Evidence
Are your claims anchored to documented, reproducible evidence — or to internal consensus, assumption, and inference? Buyers and evaluators who have no prior relationship with your organisation cannot be expected to accept what you cannot show.
02 · Logic
Does your reasoning chain hold under challenge? Conclusions that are disproportionate to the evidence, or that depend on inferential leaps, will not survive the scrutiny applied at board, investor, or diligence level.
03 · Perspective
Has your narrative been tested from the viewpoint of a sceptical examiner who shares none of your assumptions? The people closest to a narrative are the least equipped to assess whether it holds under external scrutiny.
04 · Risk Awareness
Does your narrative acknowledge material risks and limitations — or does it present a version of events that a diligent examiner would immediately recognise as selectively constructed?
05 · Contextual Fit
Is your narrative calibrated to the specific audience, sector, and decision context it will face? A narrative that performs well in one context can fail completely in another if it has not been adapted to the scrutiny pattern of the specific room.
06 · Actionability
Does your narrative produce a clear, credible basis for the action you are requesting — or does it leave the audience with unresolved questions that prevent confident decision-making?

Submit your diagnostic results to validation@eyqa.org to receive a full Narrative Maturity Report with dimension-specific guidance on your evidence gaps.

Engage the certification pathway
When foundational evidence is in place, the formal certification engagement can begin. Bronze, Silver, and Gold designations are awarded on evidence alone.
A diagnostic score does not determine certification eligibility. Eligibility is assessed through the formal validation process. High diagnostic scores do not guarantee certification; they indicate readiness to engage the process.
