One defensibility standard, applied across 27 narrative environments

Each instrument is built around the specific artifacts people have to defend, not a generic department label.

Where the narrative is public, evidence can often be tested before privileged access is required. Some stress-tests can begin from publicly observable evidence: investor disclosures, product listings, published terms, ratings and reviews, and current product behaviour. Others require deeper internal or client-provided evidence. AI-related claims are assessed within the existing instruments; EYQA assesses claims, not AI systems, and the AI-Assisted Preview never issues a Defensibility Rating.

Fees on the Hub are never contingent on the outcome of an assessment. Narrative Assessors who rate a narrative may not coach the same client on that narrative. Hub commercial staff have no role in rating decisions or in setting the criteria of the Standard.
