These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Platform, including its narrative stress-test tools, maturity assessment instruments, certification pathways, editorial content, and any associated services.
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the EYQA Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Platform
EYQA is a structured methodology and certification platform for narrative defensibility — the practice of validating that organisational, investment, or professional narratives can withstand independent scrutiny before they reach institutional audiences.
The Platform provides:
- Role-specific narrative stress-test tools covering six defensibility dimensions
- A three-stage maturity progression framework: Validation, Certification, and Dissemination
- Maturity assessment instruments to determine appropriate entry points
- Editorial content, methodology documentation, and practitioner guidance
- Certification engagement pathways via contact with the EYQA validation team
3. Use of the Platform
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for your personal or professional evaluation purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content, stress-test instruments, or methodology documentation without prior written permission from EYQA
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works based on the stress-test tools or assessment frameworks
- Misrepresent your affiliation with EYQA or claim EYQA certification without completing the formal certification process
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to crawl or extract Platform content
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through any contact or submission form
- Interfere with or disrupt the functioning or infrastructure of the Platform
4. Submissions and Contact Forms
When you use the Platform's maturity assessment tool and submit a report request via email, or when you contact EYQA through any contact form or email link, you acknowledge that:
- Your email address and the content of your message are transmitted directly to EYQA via your own email client. No submission data is stored on the Platform itself.
- Any information you voluntarily share is used solely to respond to your enquiry or to process your certification request.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform — including the Narrative Defensibility Framework, stress-test instruments, six-dimension methodology, maturity assessment tools, editorial content, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of EYQA and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
EYQA®, The Narrative Defensibility Platform™, and associated marks are trademarks of EYQA. No permission is granted to use these marks without prior written consent.
You may view and print Platform content for personal, non-commercial reference only, provided you retain all copyright notices and do not alter the content.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. EYQA makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stress-test results will meet your specific expectations or requirements.
The stress-test tools and maturity assessments are diagnostic instruments intended to surface narrative vulnerabilities — they do not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Results should be considered alongside qualified professional judgement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EYQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
