We collect only what we need, use it only as described here, and do not sell it. Ever.

What Data We Collect and How
Stress-Test Tools and Maturity Assessment
The narrative stress-test tools and maturity assessment on this Platform are interactive — they process your responses entirely within your browser. No assessment responses are transmitted to or stored on EYQA servers. The tools run client-side only.
When you use the maturity assessment and choose to request a full Narrative Maturity Report by email, the Platform opens your own email client with a pre-composed message. The data in that message — your email address, your recommended stage, and your assessment context — is transmitted from your email client directly to validation@eyqa.org. EYQA receives this email as a standard email message and uses it solely to respond to your report request.
Contact Forms and Email Enquiries
When you contact EYQA via any contact link or email form on the Platform, the following data may be collected:
- Your name and email address
- Your professional context (organisation, role, sector) if voluntarily provided
- The content of your message or certification enquiry
This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a certification engagement. It is not used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Certification Enquiries
If you initiate a certification engagement with EYQA, additional context may be requested — such as your narrative stage, sector, and organisational context. This Certification Data is handled confidentially and used only to scope and deliver the certification process.
Usage Data
Like all websites hosted on Blogger (Google), the Platform may collect standard usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and session duration. This data is collected by Google’s hosting infrastructure and is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy in addition to this one.
Cookies
The Platform uses cookies standard to Blogger-hosted sites. These are primarily functional and analytics cookies managed by Google. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Declining cookies may affect some Platform functionality.

We do not share your Personal Data with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — such as Google (Blogger hosting, Google Analytics) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection terms.

- Protection of rights — where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EYQA, its users, or the public.
Data Retention
Email correspondence and certification enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was received, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Usage data collected by Google’s infrastructure is subject to Google’s data retention policies.
Assessment responses processed within the stress-test tools are not retained at all — they exist only within your browser session.
