Identify where your narrative is exposed

Validation establishes the evidentiary baseline for your narrative — surfacing vulnerabilities across six defensibility dimensions before institutional exposure.

Not yet stress-tested? Before submitting for Validation, run a free Narrative Stress-Test to surface exposure points across all six dimensions. The Stress-Test is the diagnostic entry point — Validation formalises the evidentiary record.

The sequence cannot be bypassed. Certification follows Validation — it does not precede it.

What Validation is
Establishing the evidentiary baseline

Validation is Stage I of the EYQA® framework. It assesses your narrative against a defined evidence structure, identifies where claims are unsupported, and produces an initial defensibility record. It does not certify — it qualifies narratives for the certification process.

01
Diagnostic, not prescriptive

Validation surfaces gaps. It does not tell you what to say — it identifies where evidence is absent, weak, or misaligned.

02
Evidence-led, not relationship-led

Assessment outcomes are determined by the evidence you submit. No prior relationship with EYQA® influences the result.

03
Gateway to Certification

A successful Validation outcome establishes eligibility for Stage II — Certification. The sequence is fixed. Certification does not precede it.

What the assessment evaluates
Six dimensions. One evidentiary record.

Validation applies the same six-dimension framework used across all EYQA® assessments — the same criteria that matter in board rooms, investor meetings, and market exposure.

01
Evidence

Are claims grounded in verifiable proof points?

02
Logic

Is the reasoning from evidence to conclusion sound?

03
Perspective

Have alternative interpretations been addressed?

04
Risk Awareness

Are limitations and counterarguments acknowledged?

05
Contextual Fit

Is the narrative calibrated for the right audience?

06
Actionability

Does it lead to clear, credible next steps?

What can be validated

How validation works
Three steps. Fixed sequence.
1
Stress-Test First
Run a free Narrative Stress-Test

The Stress-Test is the diagnostic entry point. It surfaces exposure across all six dimensions in five minutes and tells you where your narrative needs strengthening before submission. Access Stress-Tests →

2
Submission
Submit your narrative with supporting evidence

Complete the submission form with your narrative overview and supporting proof points. Initial acknowledgment within 3–5 business days. Standard review cycle: 2–4 weeks.

3
Outcome
Receive your evidentiary assessment

Narratives meeting the threshold are eligible for publication in the EYQA Validation Gallery and qualify for progression to Stage II — Certification. The evidentiary threshold, not the submission date, determines the outcome.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions
The Stress-Test is a free, self-directed diagnostic that surfaces exposure across six dimensions in five minutes. Validation is the formal submission process — a structured review against the same framework, with a documented evidentiary outcome. The Stress-Test should precede the Validation submission.
Initial Validation is offered at no fee as the platform's entry-level access tier. One business narrative per organisation may be validated for inclusion in the EYQA Validation Gallery.
Validation establishes the evidentiary baseline and determines gallery eligibility. Certification — Stage II — is a formal tier designation (Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on the volume, quality, and replicability of defensibility evidence. Certification requires successful Validation first.
Initial acknowledgment is provided within 3–5 business days. The standard review cycle is 2–4 weeks from submission to a decision regarding gallery eligibility.
All categories listed on this page. Each submission is assessed against the six defensibility dimensions regardless of narrative type.
