Following Scrutiny, Governance places the narrative inside a framework that authorises controlled publication to executive, investor, and institutional audiences — within defined usage contexts and representation boundaries. The deployment itself is yours.

Governance requires a completed scrutiny pathway. Narratives that have not completed Scrutiny are not eligible for Deployment Authorisation.

Governance protocol
Your protocol is set by your Defensibility Rating

Protocol scope is fixed by rating. It cannot be upgraded without re-scrutiny. Narratives completing the pathway without a rating access the Internal Governance Protocol.

What Deployment Authorisation permits, and what it does not

Approved use

Corporate website · investor materials · governance reports · board communications · press disclosures · institutional communications · professional presentations. All uses require full attribution: "EYQA® [Tier] Defensibility Rating."

Prohibited

Describing the Rating as certification, accreditation, endorsement, or regulatory approval. Partial claims or out-of-context excerpts. Abbreviated tier names. Any use implying performance guarantee or future outcomes.

Legal note. A Defensibility Rating reflects the outcome of an EYQA scrutiny process against published criteria. It is not a regulatory certification or compliance mark. Ratings are subject to periodic review and may be revised, suspended, or withdrawn if underlying evidence changes materially.
