Submit narrative and supporting documentation

Complete the certification assessment form for the tier you are targeting. Include narrative overview, supporting evidence, and any documentation from your Validation outcome.

Assessment
Evidence-based review against tier criteria

Each submission is assessed against the defined criteria for the target tier. Assessment is conducted against the six-dimension framework. Engagement terms and timeline are communicated following submission acknowledgment.

Designation
Formal tier designation issued

Qualified narratives receive a formal Bronze, Silver, or Gold designation. The designation confirms the evidentiary threshold met — it does not constitute endorsement or performance guarantee. Designation unlocks eligibility for Stage III — Deployment.

At Stage III, each certification tier corresponds to a deployment governance protocol — Internal, Managed, or Enterprise. Bronze-certified narratives access the Internal Governance Protocol.
