EYQA® Deploy — Stage III | The Narrative Defensibility Platform™
EYQA® · The Narrative Defensibility Platform™ Stage III — Deployment

Scale with confidence

Certified narratives reach executive, investor, and market audiences through governance-aligned channels. Deployment follows Certification — it does not precede it.

I — Validate ✓ II — Certify ✓ III — Deploy
Stages I & II required

Deployment requires a certified narrative. If you have not completed Validation and Certification, begin with Stage I — then proceed through Certification before applying for Deployment authorisation.

Deployment authorises controlled publication. It is not marketing — it is governance-aligned dissemination of a certified narrative.

What Deployment is
Governed dissemination of a certified narrative

Deployment enables certified narratives to reach executive, investor, and institutional audiences through channels that preserve evidentiary integrity. It is not publication of claims — it is controlled release within defined boundaries.

01
Certification-gated

Only narratives with an active Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification designation may apply for Deployment authorisation. The sequence cannot be bypassed.

02
Governance-aligned

Each protocol defines approved usage contexts, representation boundaries, and compliance review cadence. Authorisation is not indefinite — it is subject to ongoing evidentiary alignment.

03
Scope matched to tier

Your Certification tier (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) determines which governance protocol applies. Each protocol is calibrated to the evidentiary depth of the corresponding tier.

How tiers map to protocols
Your Certification tier determines your Deployment protocol

Each governance protocol is calibrated to the depth of evidence confirmed at Certification. Protocols are not interchangeable — the applicable protocol is set by your tier designation.

Bronze Certified
Internal Governance Protocol

Self-governed oversight framework for internally managed disclosure within defined usage contexts.

Silver Certified
Managed Governance Protocol

EYQA-overseen structured institutional disclosure for multi-channel, comprehensive coverage.

Gold Certified
Enterprise Governance Protocol

Comprehensive enterprise-level governance for executive, investor, and market-wide dissemination.

Governance protocols
Three protocols. Oversight depth matched to tier.

Each protocol defines the approved usage contexts, review cadence, and oversight structure for certified narrative release. Click any protocol to view details.

Certification mark representation boundaries

  • Designation tier must be displayed in full: Bronze, Silver, or Gold — abbreviation is not permitted.
  • Certification may not be described as endorsement by EYQA® or any affiliate.
  • Certification does not imply performance guarantee or future outcomes.
  • Partial claims or out-of-context excerpts are prohibited.
  • Use of certification mark requires contextual attribution: "EYQA® [Tier] Certified".
Certification mark usage remains subject to continued evidentiary alignment. Material deviation may result in review, suspension, or withdrawal of Deployment authorisation.
Deployment process
How governed release works
1
Application
Submit a Deployment application

Following certification, submit a Deployment application specifying your certification tier and intended usage context. Your applicable governance protocol is confirmed based on your tier designation.

2
Governance briefing
Receive governance walkthrough and authorisation terms

Following application review, a governance briefing outlines representation boundaries, approved usage contexts, compliance review cadence, and authorisation terms specific to your protocol.

3
Governed release
Publish within authorised contexts

Authorisation enables controlled publication within approved contexts. Ongoing compliance review ensures evidentiary integrity is maintained throughout the deployment period. Authorisation is not indefinite.

Frequently asked questions
Common questions
Yes. Deployment is the final stage of the sequence — it requires a valid Bronze, Silver, or Gold certification designation. Applications from uncertified entities will not be progressed. If you have not yet certified, proceed to Stage II first.
The Internal Protocol (Bronze) is self-governed with advisory support. The Managed Protocol (Silver) provides EYQA-overseen multi-channel release and gallery placement. The Enterprise Protocol (Gold) delivers comprehensive institutional governance with weekly sessions and stakeholder oversight. Protocol scope is fixed by tier — it cannot be upgraded without re-certification.
No. Authorisation is subject to ongoing evidentiary alignment and compliance with representation boundaries. Material deviation from approved contexts, or failure to meet compliance review requirements, may result in suspension or withdrawal of authorisation.
Approved contexts include corporate website and official profiles, investor materials and governance reports, press disclosures, institutional communications, professional presentations with full tier attribution, and the EYQA Validation Gallery where applicable. Detailed context boundaries are set out in the governance briefing following application.
Engagement terms are defined based on protocol scope, institutional complexity, and required oversight intensity. Details are communicated following deployment application review.
