Narrative defensibility.
Earned, not asserted.
The EYQA Framework provides a structured, sequential pathway for organisations to validate narrative claims through evidence — and certify their defensibility before institutional exposure.
The EYQA Framework is designed for leaders whose narratives face independent scrutiny — from investors, boards, acquirers, or institutional partners. Not for brand storytelling. For claims that must hold under examination.
Stages advance only when evidence thresholds are met. There is no shortcut from Validation to Deployment — Certification is not a commercial arrangement; it is a documented outcome.
A role-specific narrative stress-test assesses your claims across six defensibility dimensions. The diagnostic surfaces exactly where your narrative is exposed before it reaches institutional audiences. No assumptions are accepted; every claim is mapped to documented evidence.
Bronze, Silver, and Gold designations reflect validation outcomes exclusively. They are not available for purchase, negotiation, or prior arrangement. Funding is contractually firewalled from editorial influence. The designation awarded is the designation the evidence supports — nothing more, nothing less.
Certified narratives reach executive, investor, and institutional audiences through governance-aligned channels. Deployment is available only to narratives that have completed certification. The process is transparent, the methodology is documented, and the standard is consistent across all assessments.
View deployment stage →Each stage performs a function the previous stage makes possible. Deploying before certifying produces a narrative without independent verification. Certifying before validating produces a designation without an evidentiary foundation.
The six dimensions apply universally — regardless of sector, role, or narrative type. Role-specific stress-tests weight them according to the scrutiny patterns relevant to each context.
The people closest to a narrative are the least equipped to assess whether it will hold under external scrutiny. They know too much. They share too many assumptions. They have the same blind spots as the narrative itself.
- ◆Funding is firewalled from editorial influence. Independent evaluators have no commercial relationship with the organisation being assessed and cannot be instructed to reach a particular outcome.
- ◆Methodology precedes recognition. Tier designations reflect validation outcomes only. A Gold certification cannot be purchased — it can only be earned through the evidence threshold that Gold requires.
- ◆The standard is consistent. Every narrative is assessed against the same six-dimension framework. There is no variation by sector, relationship, or commercial arrangement.
- ◆The process is transparent. The methodology is documented. Organisations know exactly what is being assessed and against what standard before the process begins.
